Abstract In this paper, we study distance one surgeries between lens spaces L(p, 1) with p ≥ 5 prime and L(n, for $$n \in \mathbb{Z}$$ band from T (2, p) to n) . particular, prove that is obtained by a surgery L(5, only if n =±1, 4, ±5, 6 or ±9, L(7, 3, 6, 7, 8 11.

Lens space surgeries and a conjecture of Goda and Teragaito
